Draft sponsor terms
Sponsorship Terms of Use.
These terms are a working draft and should be reviewed before accepting paid sponsorships.
1. Approval required
All sponsors, businesses, organizations, claims, links, logos, artwork, and partnership requests require approval. Potter Service may decline any sponsorship for any lawful reason.
2. No guaranteed results
Sponsorship provides support and approved recognition only. Potter Service does not guarantee impressions, traffic, calls, leads, customers, sales, revenue, or other results.
3. Sponsor responsibility
The sponsor is responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, trademarks, claims, pricing, links, and materials supplied.
4. Prohibited sponsors and content
Potter Service may reject illegal, deceptive, hateful, adult, unsafe, discriminatory, predatory, infringing, or misleading sponsors and content.
5. Benefits and placement
Benefits, placement, duration, and recognition will be described in the approved sponsor plan. Placement may change when required by website updates, safety, design, or operational needs.
6. Payment
Deposits, full payment, recurring sponsorship fees, printing, design, installation, and other costs will be stated before the sponsorship begins.
7. Duration and renewal
Start dates, end dates, renewal options, and cancellation requirements will be listed in the sponsor agreement.
8. Removal or suspension
Potter Service may pause or remove a sponsor for nonpayment, inaccurate information, legal or safety concerns, reputational harm, policy violations, or conduct that conflicts with Potter Service values.
9. Disclosure
Sponsorship and affiliate relationships may be clearly disclosed where required or appropriate.
10. Use of names and logos
Each party grants only the limited permission needed for the approved sponsorship. Ownership remains with the original owner unless otherwise agreed.
11. Updates
These draft terms may change as sponsor levels, directories, placement inventory, reporting, and partnership tools are developed.
